- Design/Build contract. Under a single, design/build contract agreement, P.A.C. Contracting Ltd. provides the architectural, interior design, engineering, and construction services you need for a successful project.
- Construction management negotiated contract. Under the construction management agreement, P.A.C. Contracting Ltd. and the architect work for you under separate contracts. P.A.C. Contracting Ltd. provides all the construction services and works with you and the architect to develop schedules, budgets, and eventually, a negotiated bid price.
- Lump-sum bid contract. Under the lump-sum agreement, P.A.C. Contracting Ltd. performs general contractor and construction services after submitting a winning general contract bid.

We are well equipped to provide concrete, demolition, partitions, drywall, doors, door frames, finish hardware, architectural millwork installations, flooring, and acoustical ceilings. Committed to rigorous project planning, P.A.C. begins a project by developing a phasing strategy consistent with your needs and the constraints of the project. And, at your request, P.A.C. provides you detailed project schedules. P.A.C. Contracting Ltd. allocates time in an efficient manner, to minimize waste and cost. Schedules clearly define the work that must be performed by all parties and reflect appropriate time allocations. The schedules, which are updated regularly, allow problems or delays encountered during construction to be addressed swiftly.
